WEBSITE PREFERENCES & INQUIRIES
What this website remembers.
You can explore BC Group’s public pages without submitting contact details. The site adapts to the topic you choose or the campaign link you follow.
Your chosen topic
A topic can be retained for the current visit using browser session storage. If you select “Remember my chosen topic on this device,” the website stores that topic for up to 30 days. Use “Reset preferences” on the homepage to clear it. Preferences are specific to the browser and website address you use.
What personalization uses
The experience uses your selections, a supported topic or campaign parameter in a link, or a topic you asked the device to remember. It does not read your general browsing history or other websites’ cookies.
When you send an inquiry
Your submitted contact details, business context, reply permissions, and limited visit attribution help BC Group review and follow up on your request. They are stored in the private staff workspace. The public form explains how the information is used before you submit it. AI may help organize submitted information for human review when configured.
Verification and account access
Cloudflare Turnstile helps protect inquiry and sign-in forms. Staff account access uses Supabase authentication. These services may process technical information needed to operate and protect their services. Private account pages are separate from public browsing.
Information to leave out
Do not include patient records, employee files, payroll records, passwords, or account credentials in a public inquiry. If detailed records become necessary, agree on an appropriate secure process with the team first.
Questions or requests
